Is the initial consultation free?
In most cases, yes. However, with the exception of personal injury cases, we do charge if the consulation consists of reviewing large amounts of paperwork and research of the applicable law. You will be told upfront what the costs will be and how it is calculated.
How much do you charge?
In personal injury cases, we work on a contingency basis. That means we are paid only if we are able to get a favorable settlement or verdict in your case. In our other practice areas, we do not have a set fee because each case is different and will require various degrees of investigation and work. Our legal team will be able to assess your case and determine the fee accordingly.
Do you have payment plans?
Yes. In most cases, you will be required to pay a sum of money upfront to begin the representation. After the initial payment is made, a payment plan will be set up thereafter.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes.
What kind of cases do you handle?
Our law firm is a full service firm. The type of cases we accept include, but are not limited to: personal injury, criminal defense, DWI and traffic, family law, bankruptcy, social security disability, and civil rights cases.
Do you take cases outside of central Arkansas?
Yes. We have handled cases all over the state of Arkansas. We will travel to represent a client, wherever they may be.
